Receiving the Order

Grading Clarification
We agree on the material grade: A, B, C or Rustic. Each category defines the surface character and its impact on the product cost.

Dimensions Specification
We determine the exact specification: thickness, width, length. If needed — non-standard parameters for a specific project or manufacturing process.

Packaging Agreement
We discuss the packaging method depending on volume, transport route and the client's technical requirements for cargo acceptance.

Delivery Date Agreement
We fix the shipment dates taking into account current production capacity and the client's established deadlines.

Payment Terms Agreement
Payment terms are agreed individually for each client.
